Frequently Asked Questions
Admission is open for Early Years, Primary, and Secondary. Tap the Enrol Now button on the home page to fill the admission form, or email the admissions office at info@ilearning.school. The school will reach out to schedule a visit and an assessment, then guide you through the remaining steps.
Fees are billed per term. Your invoice is issued at resumption and shows the amount due, the deadline, and any payment plans that apply. You can pay in cash at the bursar's office, by bank transfer, or by POS, and the payment is recorded on your account immediately.
The academic year has three terms. Term dates are announced before each resumption and appear on the announcements feed in the app as well as the school calendar on the secretary dashboard. You will also receive a reminder when a new term is published.
Yes. The parent dashboard shows each child's attendance record, termly grades, timetable, assignments, and fee status in real time. You can follow your child's progress without waiting for report cards, and any change made by the school is reflected immediately.
Transport routes and after-school programs are arranged each term based on demand. Contact the school office to confirm whether your area is covered and to collect the after-school schedule, as availability changes every term.
Yes. Every student profile features a concise overview card summarizing attendance rate, active subjects, termly GPA, fee clearance status, and guardian contacts into one clear dashboard.
